The decor was lovely, and the breakfast was a good surprise with varying options. Staff were genuinely helpful, providing great local recommendations that enriched our experience.

The staff was very nice and pleasant - we will definitely go again next time. The location was good because it was very close to many bars which are open until late at night, Florence, and a fully booked restaurant.

Stylish, spacious room with elegant decor and a awesome breakfast every morning. The location was perfect-close to all attractions yet felt less touristy (like a hidden gem!). Everyone on staff was super friendly and helpful.

Our five-night stay featured a stylish King Room with elegant decor. Enjoying breakfast in the cozy room, with its charm enhancing the experience, made our mornings good. Tip, Request room on first or second floor for easy access!

The staff impressed with their warm welcome, exemplified by an espresso on arrival and the seamless taxi arrangement at checkout. The room boasted a blend of historical charm and modern comfort, complete with fantastic cleanliness and daily housekeeping. While the air conditioning worked well, the layout of the building created some initial confusion. The breakfast options, though good, could have included a bit more variety beyond the juicy burgers. A nice experience yet with room for improvement.

Staying at maison santa croce bed & breakfast was a joy! It's just 3 minutes from the lovely plaza at santa croce, and we walked everywhere in about 10 minutes. My king room was beautifully decorated, and the shower was awesome.

We loved the spacious feel of our King Room-it was such a comfy retreat after long days exploring Florence. The decor was elegant, and the shower was huge, a nice surprise! Plus, the breakfast was delivered right on time each morning, a treat. The only bummer was the check-in process being in a different building. It was a bit confusing at first.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to major attractions , made exploring enjoyable. The decor in the beautiful king room was beautifully designed. The staff, particularly Lapo, were accommodating, our needs were met with a smile. The amazing view from our room was an added bonus.

Absolutely jaw-dropping place! Super spacious rooms, top-notch staff, in-room breakfast is a game-changer!
